This is how many teachers in the 1990s will be paid and who have the right to compensation

Education Minister Valmir Gashi's adviser, in a proposal for Telegrafi, has shown that beneficiaries of additional compensation are rated based on years of their work from 1990/91 to the 1998/99 school year, where for every year of work, the pension they make benefits from the basic salary rate in primary education of the Republic of Kosovo.
“One (1) years of work 3.36%, two (2) years of work 5.19%, three (3) years of work 6.91%, four (4) years of work 8.64%, five) years of work 10.37%, six) years 12.10%, seven (7) years of work 13.83%, eight (8) years of work 15.56%, nine (9) years 17.8.8%1> has explained Gashi.
According to him, paying additional compensation is monthly and depends on the percentage of beneficiaries.
Asked how long the application and selection of Albanian Education workers of the Republic of Kosovo will last from 1990 to 1999, and when the execution of payments is expected to take place, he said: “Afat is permanent, depending on the person who is filling the age for contributing retirement and the demand for additional compensation for 1990/91 to 1998/99”.
Meanwhile, as Gashi said, the request for additional compensation for categories defined by this law could be submitted to the beneficiary or person authorized by him, or to his spouse/or the death of the beneficiary.
“Nini 9 paragraph 3/the husband, after the beneficiary's death, is obliged to write down Kosovo's pension administration on any changes in circumstances that affect gaining the right to receive additional compensation”, Education Minister Valmir Gashi's adviser, among other things.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Labour and Social Management has announced all former Albanian education workers of the Republic of Kosovo who have worked for the 1990/91 to the 1998/99 school year, that from 1508.2019 MPMS starts implementing the No.06/L-073 Law for the Albanian Education Workers' Status of the Republic of Kosovo.
So, as noted in the report, it follows thegraphy, with the aim of realising this right, “you notice that additional compensation requirements can be handed over to the nearest pensions offices”.
But according to the announcement, those who submit the requirements from 1508.2019 to 31,11.2019, as long as the deadline is open, will realise the right to retroactive compensation, meaning from the date of law entry No.06/L-073 for the Albanian Education Workers' Status of the Republic of Kosovo (April 2019).
Otherwise, Education Minister Shyqi Bytyqi has signed the administrative directive, which stipulates the terms of the application to benefit from the Albanian Republic of Kosovo's Albanian Education Workers' Status from 1990 to 1999.
