Swedish citizen sentenced to prison, presented his twin brother's passport to police

Due to poor economic situation, the same has been set free from paying procedural expenditures, reports “The Justice Trust”.
The indictment against him was proclaimed by Judge Sej Sejdiu Blakaj, as he initially pleaded guilty to the criminal act he was charged with.
The accused Sorensen, in the initial review, declared he has repented of the work he did, adding that he came to Kosovo with his brother's passport because he realized he had his pregnant wife.
Also supported by his defender, Bujar Brdyanaj, and Prosecutor Joy Hoxha.
Otherwise, according to the indictment filed on May 28, 2019, Kenneth Sorensen is accused of being on April 25, 2019, at the police station in Peja, he has launched the competent body, the police respectively, and that using the false identification device.
The indictment reportedly, after the same was prosecuted in the police because of the criminal act of domestic violence, he has submitted his twin brother Christofer Sorensen's passport, and then, on the part of the Kosovo Police, through the office for international co-operation, his identity as Kenneth Sorensen has been confirmed.
