Kosovo police, specifically the Highway Control Unit, are weighing fines against those who stop on the Dharba Xhaferi street.
Through a communiqué police have indicated that citizens are stopping on the highway to take photographs, and they are doing so by stopping their cars in the emergency car strips.
Some participants in traffic, on the Arben Xhaferi street, specifically on the bridge over the Lepenc River, out of curiosity and because of the beauty that this bridge offers, stop with their vehicles in emergency strips and descend from vehicles where in many cases they also take different photos, and this is done in groups, with what is endangered their safety and other participants in traffic”, police inform police.
“Police, with the aim of increasing security on the highway, have declared a total of 33 tickets in this location in the past three weeks: 28 tickets to drivers to stop on the highway, and 5 for pedestrian movement on highway”, become known in the communiqué.
