SHUCH gets rid of him, cardiologist Gani Bajraktari reacts: A revenge decision that scares me!

QKUK Disciplinary Commission has severed the work relationship of cardiologist Gani Bajraktari.

In a SHKUK response to Indexline, they have confirmed that after review, they have made a decision that cardiologist Bajraktari pronounces the disciplinary measure.

And through a text posted on the Facebook account, Bajraktari himself reacted. He calls it a revenge decision by the current director of KSFU, which, as the cardiologist says, does not frighten, even denouncing negative phenomena, whose host is the director himself.

Again I realized from the media that the current director of the SHSKUK has made a decision to get me out of work.

I haven't made a decision yet to leave my job, and I don't know what it actually says in that decision.
However, this decision is again a retaliatory and primitive decision, conducted and dictated by the current USKKKUK director, who, in addition to my primitive multi-year revenge, has been further motivated this time after my public denouncing and in the relevant state bodies for:

The deaths of patients (which are considered inevitable, caused by irresponsible treatment), which have already been sent to the Prosecutor by the Oda of Kosovo Doctors,

For his fake fax, with which he's cheating on opinion and patients, because he hasn't had and has no cardiologist licenses,

My Denoncing at the Kosovo Medical Oda for well-based doubt that he has made irresponsible treatment of the patient, whose family had openly urged him to make a statement against me, and in fact he allegedly made irresponsible treatment and ethically-professsional violations,

Denoncing that he couldn't be a member of the Special Committee on Cardiology without being a cardiologist himself,

The public announcement of institutions and the general public to increase the mortality rate of more than 50% of Miocard Infarct patients, under its management, since there was no proper schooling to manage the clinic,

The Denoncim related to the break-up of the Clinic, which is considered to be the empty fact about the increase in mortality, etc.

All of these institutional actions in the Oda of Kosovo Doctors and other relevant state-level bodies have a very reasonable basis for presenting criminal acts under the Penal Procedure Code caused by the current USKKUK Director.

Trying to overshadow these heavy works of his, which would normally have to activate state-run statistics for taking emergency measures to view the chain consequences, current USKKUK director with not only revenge actions, but also in order to change the course of these works, I'm using unprecedented blackmailing, orchestrating, deigning, terrorizing slanderers, to me and my colleagues.

The decision to get away from my job, despite not having seen (but I can imagine), will again be funny, unfounded, biased, anti-legal, with low motives, etc., which I'm pretty sure the Labour Inspectorate will still bring down because there's not even a single argument that I've made the slightest mistake in my professional work.

The very form of making decisions by the USKKUK director exceeds the monastic decisions of communication time, because he himself has taken medical action against the patient (without being on time of work, with which he allegedly committed serious professional violations), has made a decision for my suspension, himself appointed the Disciplinary Commission, etc.!

How could a decision be issued by a Disciplinary Commission, whose chairman I have made Penal Kalzim to the Prosecutor for deliberate, unprofessional, biased acts, and with incriminating motives for, against me? This man was once again appointed chairman of the disciplinary commission. So it is evident that the Executive Director had failed to find a single man at QKUK who would sign an antilegal ruling between me, and had again committed the same to make such a decision, while the other two members had resigned from this commission, avoiding the possibility of being humiliated for the second time with their absurd decisions!

With these absurd, strange, biased, groundless acts, the current USKK director is not hurting me, he is seriously damaging patients in need!

I will again win, as I won all the institutions that the current USKKUK director had done in the past to me.
