According to him, this decision once again testifies that Kosovo is leaving the dialogue at all costs and that, according to him, despite this decision by Kosovo authorities, the link Kosovo Serbs have with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, no one can stop him.
According to him, this decision is not political at all, but it is revenge.
This is not a political decision, this is punishment. It is an effort and anger for Serbs living in Kosovo, trying to sever ties with Serbia's Government and with their president, Vucic. This effort will not be possible and it is not possible because it will not succeed, since they have never succeeded in such a thing, nor will the decision prove to be”.
According to Volin, Kosovo's decision is a test for Brussels' new administration and to see if they are able to exercise their authority and ensure at least the basic movement of people, as they still failed to ensure the movement of goods.
“I hope the new Brussels administration will abandon the practice of reporting in which both sides must refrain and in which they constantly try to equate Serbia with Albanian leadership”.
