According to Raja, Minister Bytyqi himself when he received the mandate had made a feasibility study and issued recommendations that these universities and some other public ones should be closed, while now the minister has criticised the State Council of Quality for Monday's decision.
That the situation in higher education isn't exactly what we all know. Compared to the Europe region, we are the last. When we see the minister's statements, it's like children shooting the stone hide their hands. He first removed that commission and then made the physical report. And it says Gjakova, Peja, Mitrovica and others will remain without universities. Since then, he has made it clear that these universities are closed. He did a feasibility study. I don't know who he did it with. It's been recommended that these universities be wiped out. When he now saw that this would probably turn into a vote, hide his hand and blame the State Quality Council”, Rexha said in KTV's Rubik.
He has said he does not expect better results from this minister.
He also blamed university leaders for not taking KSC recommendations seriously.
