Pos Krusha e Vogel, who suffered much of the horror of Serbian military forces during the war, the rest are from other locations on this side, in which there were actions during the war.

According to the law, a person is declared dead, whether in the three-year term by the day of extinction or after the end of the war, there is no information or news that he is alive.
The request for a missing one as a deceased person has the right to make his family or other people who have some interest in the matter, as well as the public prosecutor himself.
The mother of a boy missing from Hasi said she had to initiate this procedure because of the breakup of the missing son's marriage whose bride had to regulate the new marital status.
The court in Prizren, on condition of anonymity, said there were even cases of disagreement among family members about the initiative of these procedures, the Prizren newspaper broadcasts.net.
According to the law, with a quick procedure, with the testimony of a document that the same is alive, the previous act of declaring it as dead is abolished.
