Pristina University today has opened the student admission competition for the 2019/20 academic year.
The teacher for student learning and issues, Hysin Bytyci, in an interview for Telegrafi, has said 7116 students will be accepted this year.
It's a special day for us today. We're making all the preparations. This year, 7116 students will be accepted, including 6202 regular students and 910 with corruption. The competition will be open until July 12th”, he said, adding that this number is roughly the same as the number of students last year.
Bytyci has said that innovation this year will be the number of quotas where, according to him, they will enter the general number of students.
This year, the number of quotas is 17 percent. This number would introduce the total number of students in contrast to last year that was above the total number. In this number of 12 percent belong to non-company students, two percent students from Valley, one percent students from Montenegro, and two percent students from Albania and Northern Macedonia, he said.
