From North to South, these are prices for one night in Albania

A standard mountain-looking room -- 160 euros of night, a standard room with images from the 180-euro-night sea, a delux chamber with sea-looking views of 200 euros in night. The operation in the suite, 300 euros in the night. We're not in Nice, France. This was one of the offers faced by an Austrian family [...]
The cause of change? They are not satisfied with the service offered at the hotel compared with the price they pay. To return the first bid once again, they chose a cheaper hotel, with 110 euros of night. In view of Austria and their standard of living, some can certainly think that they can handle it, so why do they complain? This is true, even 300 euros of night can afford it, but as the hotel justifys the price within its walls, its surroundings diminish.
We had to see Withermi and the second access route, on the top, to remind once a site is closed, another opens. Last year, Drhermi was in the power of dust and concrete because of the construction mall. This year we have nothing to say about the mall. Trapped with cobblestone, clean, with benches and lighting. It's practically beautiful. But if you have to drive on the road to vehicles, you change your mind.
The road is completely unpaved, the potholes can be easily found and you have to be ready if not once, next time you'll hit the car, the dust it feels like during the day is cherry on the cake. It's all that makes foreigners not want to pay dearly for Albania. There's a lot of 300 euros of night to sink into the dust and pits found on every corner of the coast from Velipo to Ksamil. Albania is chosen to be free, and if expensive, the odds are to abandon it as the Polish or Kosovars are doing.
Durres, hard to find rooms, prices rise by 2 euros
Durres, thanks to the large number of foreigners coming through agencies, has been experiencing its splendor in recent years after years of abandonment. If you're going to ask for a weekend booking, it's practically impossible for you to talk here at a group of hotels that are considered relatively good. A standard room for three people, in the morning, was impossible to find in several hotels where we questioned and considered to be three or four stars, while at what you could find, the price depended on 80 euros for breakfast involved, at 70 euros the person (210 euros in rooms) with four meals involved.
The Poles, Czechs, Germans, Nordics have been resting in the Golem area for years, from May to late September, with prepaid contracts from agencies, which have increased the value of the area, prompted new investments in the accommodation facilities, and has resulted in gradual price increases.
In the Durres area, the number of facilities working on prepaid contracts and package ıll inclusiveve (all involved) has increased this year and operators no longer see problems in their management. They underline that year after year a kind of experience and management has been created and the problems observed in the previous year have been corrected, the Monitor writes.
Saranda, Nordics of “conquer” from Corfu and Janina, prices of up to 150 euros
As we are used to focusing on the Golem area, it seems that Saranda is another destination that is chosen by them.
The first prices start from 50 euros to 150 euros for citizens, while the second are fixed on preliminary contracts for organised tourism and including other elements.
Kosovo citizens abandon Shengjin, 20% less than years, informality problem
The mark, this summer season, appears weaker than the same period a year ago. At least by mid-July, operators report a lower number of tourists, especially from Kosovo. Mark Djind from “Rafaello Resort” in Strygin, the area's largest accommodation structure, says the political crisis also provided a kind of effect on the contraction of reservations.
From North to South, the cheaper Yali
Tourist operators estimate that this year there has been a price stability in proportion to a year ago. The coast has maintained its traditional trend where considered free areas accompany it not only with the share of accommodation but also other restaurant, bar and shezlong services, as are the same areas that have been considered expensive for years. According to market operators, Velipo remains the cheapest coastline across the country, with accommodation facilities offering prices ranging from 2,000 leks per person.
A large part of these hotels are offering half board type menus (morning and dinner) and facilities are category 1 to 3 stars that mainly frequent tourists from Kosovo. The marker is a little more expensive than 10-20% than Velipo. Initially it was the first Polish and Czech destination, but recently lost this clientele. Operators note that only weekends have general life on the entire coastline, while half of the Shezlongs are empty during the week.
To land further in Durres, the splendor of the Golem area is closely linked to the fact that it is preferred because of its proximity to Tirana Airport. Nordic, Polish, and German tourists prefer to travel by charter and spend little time on buses. The distance from Tirana to Durres is one to be tolerated.
Divjaka, through several separate structures, has started offering all the information services against the 50-euro person package, while only the hotel for a standard double room fluctuates between 20 and 50 euros. To further land in Vlora. The latter, in proportion to a year ago, remains at the same levels, but in relation to the most expensive Durres, especially when it takes into account the involvement of Jali or Drermi. The most affordable areas in Vlora are Radhima and Orikum, where you can find rooms with 30 euros. However, there is a difference between nearby and distant rooms, of course more expensive. Just like there's a difference between rooms in registered accommodation facilities and those that exercise informal activity.
Yali and Dhermi, even though they offer the upper extremes at prices of up to 200 euros at night, offer cheap opportunities. But what makes them expensive as destinations is other umbrella-related services that sometimes amount to another $10,000, or bars and restaurants. Frequents of Vlora and South are mainly capitalists, Albanian immigrants living abroad or Italians, Germans and Poles, but unorganized. The reasons we still don't have a massiveity in this area is the issue of transportation.
Saranda is second after Durres for organised tourism. In terms of accommodation facilities, the average minimum price is 40 euros per night, while the average one is 110 euros per night.
