He at a media conference has said the Ministry of Education has not received a letter regarding this Council decision.
Bytyqi stressed that this is not the decision of the institution he heads.
During the conference, he mentioned he has accepted a letter concerning the composition of this council by the Anti-corruption Agency.
“Sic knows about the recent decisions the Council of Quality has taken and seen fit to announce these are not MAST decisions, as the state quality council makes decisions under law in effect. We have a letter announcing to us the Anti-corruption Agency, which says there are legal violations in the current composition of the quality council and we have asked them to resolve these issues. That is contrary to the decision the state quality council has made”, Bytyqi said.
In the end, he said it should be expected July 22nd to clarify the AKK letter.
