Labs accuse Dogan of non-cilar control of derivatives

Up to 100 autocysternas, with oil derivatives per day alone, are introduced into Kosovo, while the amount of their imports will reach 700 million gallons per year. But not all this amount of fuel is verified by Kosovo Customs, and therefore the quality of oil is not good. These concerns [...]
But not all this amount of fuel is verified by Kosovo Customs, and therefore the quality of oil is not good.
These concerns have raised one of the two labs that are accredited and authorised by the state to do so, KTV reports.
Officials from these labs say Customs Lab is not serviced and maintained, for which it is not even accredited.
Oil vetting labs are demanding that oil quality control pass to them, the competence taken from them and carried to Dogan.
They say the Administrative Guide is expected to change, and in this case they demand that with these changes, competencies be returned to them after they are accredited to do so.
But, in Dogans they say that many times after the tests, different derivatives have been returned, and that, according to them, indicates that there is proper verification.
At the time of the Minister of Trade and Industry, Hykmete Bajrami, had entered into force for obtaining fuel, which the competencies for this process had taken over to Dogan.
“Kohavision” has also asked the Ministry of Commerce on this issue, but the same haven't returned answers to television.
Minister Andrew Shala himself had declared at the beginning of the mandate that his priority would be to regulate the quality of fuels in the country.
