Vetevendosje Movement Chairman Albin Kurti has been declared after Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's decision to resign from his post after receiving an invitation to submit to the Special Court in the quality of the suspect.
Kurti has rejected the idea of the country becoming technical governments, saying elections are needed as soon as possible.
