Buya, at the “Debat Plus” at RTV Dukaagjini, has said that along with Lipjan's PDK back then, you had submitted the paperwork to the Parliament that this court would not be founded because it was unilateral.
“I will respond to the invitation and travel to The Hague, but depending on consultations with the lawyer, I will decide whether to respond or defend myself in silence because the court envisions even the possibility of silent defence”, he said.
The former commander of the Nerodime Operative Zone doubts that the invitation to him has to do with information the investigators need to complete any charges of any KLA superiors than any investigation into him.
“We have passed a process at The Hague. There was nothing special in my area that others were also asked about by EULEX. Although at my invitation it says I'm suspected of a crime”.
Former President of The PDK says Serbia is spending millions to find something to accuse KLA commanders.
“Haga is in the phase of collecting statements, documents... Not even prosecutors themselves know who will be charged. I don't believe I can be charged because I know myself”, Shukri Buya said, among other things.
