The institute has provided some advice on how citizens should act when temperatures are higher than 100 degrees Fahrenheit [30 ° C].

High temperatures that reign in summer season negatively affect the sydmos human organism of the elderly. The recommended protective measures for older people's health during exposure to higher air temperatures of over 30 °C, especially for older people with cardiovascular diseases and other chronic diseases:

Most important is maintaining personal hygiene and the environment of the elderly, and monitoring the use of drugs regularly; 9. Physical and mental activity of the elderly is essential, not over and over again in the early hours of the morning or in the evening, the longest stay in the wild (park, walking, and so forth). 10. If the elderly person has difficulty moving because of functional inadequacy, then there should be multiple - hour ventilation in the areas where the old man is staying.
