This wave will last 5-6 days. Albania will remain on the sidelines of this wave again. A dramatic change in temperatures is expected on Sunday. Tomorrow we'll have maximum value of 37 degrees. While Albania's warmest day will be Wednesday, with a temperature of 39 degrees, while some particular area will be 40 degrees. Then we will have a return of normal values 32-33 degrees, says Lajda Porya, Meteorologist.
The silent killer is also known as the heat wave, and the origin is from Africa.
“The epicentre will be France with maximum temperatures expected to rise above 40 degrees. It is expected that July not only for Albania, but also for much of the European continent, will be named as the hottest July of”, adds Lajda Porja, Meteorologist.
The last 10 days of July is projected at temperatures of up to 37 degrees.
Hot waves are also experiencing a part of the United States of America. The state of Kenektikati, where a substantial community of Albanians lives, has also been released in Albanian.
People are recommended to use water cooling points, parks, shopping malls, schools, pools, and so on.
