With the slogan “A glass for weather! ” this year from 16 August to 18 August is the 5th edition of the traditional Handrell Fest in Konak of Rahovec (at the House of Summer).
At a media conference under PRHARE Fest Party, the director of the Order Fest Board, Agron Sokoli, and creative director Agi Hadzimurat, unveiled the slogan of Herd Fest 2019, “A glass for weather! ” and the festival program.

The director of the Handend Fest Board, Agron Sokoli, stressed that this year the festival will be held not in September as years ago, but on 16, 17 and 18 August.
Keeping the festival in the summer has been a major demand of Kosovo exiles, while, according to Sokoli at this year's festival, foreign tourists from Japan, America and Switzerland will also participate.
