Deda: If Thaci doesn't act under the Constitution, within next week MPs will break up the Assembly

Independent MP Ilir Deda has said Kosovo President Hashim Thaci should conduct discussions with political parties within the day.

He has said these discussions should be conducted as soon as possible.

The president is humiliating the political scene because that consultations could end in a day, not take so long. The constitution gives him two options. I've heard something that's not based on technical government. It is futile to say that the Parliament under the Constitution can choose a new political government, where the representative is not the PAN. The party's will is to go to the polls, not for this”, he has said.

According to him next week, it should be distributed to the Parliament.

According to him, the future government will have a hard time restoring the citizens' trust and that, as Deda stressed in the first 100 days, will only try to do that.

Deda has also spoken of his political future, stressing that the only thought is for a united opposition.

“I am committed to having a joint opposition list, and will engage in united opposition. I'll decide.
