Great clouds overthrow Vlora

Over an hour of heavy rainfall has resulted and floods in some of Vlora's neighborhoods, which remain problematic every time it rains.

November 28th neighborhood is currently underwater, and rainfall continues to be high in intensity, causing Vlora to be threatened by floods.

Meanwhile, even on the beaches of Orikum the storm has done considerable damage.
