He has also talked about the LDK's status rate that a candidate needs 177 delegates to vote in the election Assembly.
Regarding former LDK chief Fatmir Sejdiu's claims that this rate is illegal, Quinn has said field experts should be taken.

He refused to respond when asked if he knows which of the contenders has the most delegates' votes.
