The Constitutional Court in Pristina has ruled concerning Kosovo's Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of a month-long detention measure against Mr. Z. Because of attempted criminal acts, the use of weapons or dangerous means, and the unauthorized possession of weapons under the Kosovo Criminal Code.
On the date 28.07.2019, at the market in the industrial zone in Pristina, following a dispute over the site of sale between indictees Mr.Z. and the injured I.H. and M.H. witnesses. and witness Mr. J., the defendant has shot at B.D., with what he's done to his body injuries, and then he's been gunning at other witnesses.
Against that ruling, the parties have a right to complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
