AKP invites exiles to buy property in privatisation process

The Kosovo Privatisation Agency welcomes our countrymen living abroad to their homeland with the desire to spend the best days in their families.

 Kosovo during this time of our workforce comes to life and becomes dynamic. The exile has done much for their country at all times. Their financial and humanitarian contribution is very powerful, and thanks to these investments, it is influenced by the socioeconomic and cultural development of our country.

 Kosovo, as a country under construction, needs even more money for mining investments, work, commitment, and in particular their experience. Our exiles have established numerous multinational companies of different fields and successfully guide them, and this gives Kosovo hope that their capital, their experience and the commitment they have to invest in their homeland will bring economic development even more, new jobs will be created for our youth, and will make Kosovo a competitive economy with countries in the region. Moreover, it would make Kosovo attractive even for their children and the future of the state in general!

It is at this time that our exiles' visits, the Kosovar Privatisation Agency has put 137 assets/entics of social enterprises in the Republic of Kosovo, which present an excellent opportunity for expansion of business or new business initiatives in our country. These properties are included in the recent wave, the sale of the Assets with Lyquidiation No.49, while the AKP has simplified the bidding procedures with changes to the Tent rules, enabling relief for the bidding process.

 Locked bids for the following entities/entity must be submitted to “The conference Hall dealt with the Grand” in Pristina on 21 August 2019, from 10:00 to 12:00, accompanied by the supply deposit and the fee for bidding, as scheduled for each entity. The opening of the bids will take place the same day, starting at 12:30.

The agency invites all interested people to visit the AKP site, or visit AKP offices and compete to become landowners, locals and asset owners for sale. The AKP is guaranteed that the whole process will be carried out with high transparency, while purchased properties will be handed over to cheap buyers without any users within them.
