Haradinaj seems to have regretted resigning from the prime ministerial post after he says that after returning from The Hague he will continue with work, Periscopi writes.
“I just got back from The Hague, and we're on business tomorrow. After my resignation I carried out my legal duty with the Special Chambers Attorney. I cannot question my innocence anyone. I return to my obligations in Kosovo. My decision to resign and my recent actions are orders that any abuse of Kosovo, which comes, will not shake us from our sovereign right. Kosovo's borders cannot be touched by anyone. Kosovo cannot be imposed on Dodik Republika. The market for recognition is yes, tax to recognition. The outright dialogue, but immediately”, has written Haradinaj.
While Haradinaj has also responded to whether it is constitutional to continue carrying out governing duties now after his resignation, saying he will address the Constitutional Court for a decision.
“I hear rumours that carrying out the governing tasks after the resignation is not constitutional. As the Government in the resignation, as I mentioned in my decision to resign, he will carry out his duties, that he dares not leave the power vacuum, because Kosovo cannot bear the consequences of the governing vacuum. Respectfully, I invite other thinking parties to address the Constitutional Court. Whatever the Constitutional Court ruling is, I will respect”, Haradinaj writes.
