The court has approved the prosecutor's proposal for the detention warrant, because if the fugitive is found in freedom, the same may leave, leave his home, and be elusive by the prosecution bodies, since the same is citizens of the Republic of Germany and Turkey, which is wanted by the authorities of the Republic of Germany, because of the criminal act of theft and armed robbery of the 249 section I, 223 I, 52 of Germany's Criminal Code.
