According to IKSHP, by January 1, 2017, over 300 people have lost their lives in road accidents, 137 of them died in 2017, 129 in 2018.
The risks are different, but of course the human factor is more frequent because general rules in traffic are not being observed, but not lacking even the road and vehicle factor, since in many countries the signs of communications and older vehicles with multiple technical shortcomings”, the IKSHM reports.

In this case, the Institute gives the intended recommendations on preventing the number of traffic accidents:
Establishing an action plan for preventing accidents and approval with urgent procedures from the Kosovo Parliament.
Regorizely implemented by the Law for Communication to stop driving for repeated serious wrongdoing.
With various educational programs, informing people of the specific drivers of their role in preventing accidents that occur as a result of their mistakes and the ability to provide first aid.
The involvement of mass media in various campaigning aimed at preventing accidents.
As the new school year begins, the issue of children's safety in communications becomes sensitive by organising educational clocks for conduct of pedestrians in communications, systematic learning of communications rules.
The immediate departure of old vehicles from circulation, rigorous technical control of all vehicles.
