  1. Blowing out the number of veterans for 10 years costs Kosovo 380m euros

Ramush Haradinaj, from the opposition, has been blamed for the swelling of the number of war veterans. During their counting process, various areas of Kosovo had even been created to manipulate numbers. Over 19 thousand war veterans are considered false by the state prosecutor. The opposition has largely blamed former Prime Minister Haradinaj and his war zone of Dukagjini, which had once remained with about 10 soldiers on the front, for increasing the number of thousands of defectors. Even members of the government commission were accused of blowing up the number, until from the position of prime minister, Haradinaj had insulted and severely threatened former prosecutor Elez Blakaj, who had taken the case and fled outside Kosovo out of fear.

  1. Haradinaj gave 53m euros to Bektel& Enkas

Due to delays that were created to pay the debt to the American-Turkish company “Bektel&Enka”, the government of Ramush Haradinaj was sentenced to 53m euros, based on the contract between this company and the Government of Kosovo. MPs from the Kosovo Assembly had criticised providing 815 thousand euros for the non-governmental organisation “Letts Do It Kosova”, without required procedures and standards. The Commission for Public Finance Oversight during the review of the annual financial auditing report of the Prime Minister's Office for 2018 had enumerated some irregularities, including the “project to clean Kosovo”, employment arrangements for special services, the budget for grants and subsidies.

  1. Employment of uncles, nieces, boys, girls, kunats at public companies

Among the largest scandals of former Prime Minister Haradinaj's government was the employment of his family and AAK members in public companies. Haradinaj had employed hundreds of militants through institutions and public enterprises, which had sparked sharp reactions from international diplomats in Pristina and representatives of civil society. More than 100 people have been employed, including members of MPs and his government officials, in Kosovo alone.

  1. The corrupt scandal with the Gjilan Highway

Once the Haradinaj government came to power, the tender for construction of the Gjilan highway had been sent to re-evaluation and later the companies had changed. The Special Prosecutor has launched investigations into misuse of tools dedicated to “The Gjilanstrada”. The price of this highway was estimated to be 126m euros, where, according to MI officials, it is divided into 8 tears, from 8 different economic operators.

  1. Dukagjini highway around 1 billion euros

Still without resigning, former Prime Minister Haradinaj had planned to build the Dukagjin highway, mainly towards his political electorate, which would link the towns of Dukagjini to each other. According to Haradinaj's calculations, this highway would cost Kosovo less than 1 billion euros. This pledge was criticised by all, position and opposition.

  1. State Reserved Abuse

Haradinaj had allocated millions of euros for various activities, as different anniversarys, for the nationwide year of Skenderbeu, even for private companies close to them, which had suffered from fire and climate factors. Also, about 1m euros had been allocated to a private school in the

Prizren, called “Loyola”, until our state universities this year have not been accredited due to failure to meet the conditions for operation.

  1. World's Largest Government

The Haradinaj government will also be remembered as one of the largest governments in the world, in the number of ministers, deputy ministers and political advisers. While Kosovo is one of the smaller countries, during Haradinaj's rule it had over 100 named deputy prime ministers, ministers and deputy ministers. Haradinaj himself had a total of 33 advisers.

  1. Haradinaj state property returns to municipalities on resignation day

Haradinaj on the day of his resignation, following the annulment of the first decision, had again made a decision to restore certain social properties that were under AKP's care, to Kosovo municipalities, including as had been reported earlier to Serb municipalities in northern Kosovo. Haradinaj had made that decision so confusing, making it unclear to the public, with the removal of the suspension under government decision No. 05/76 by 21.11.2018. For these state resources, from now on they can decide for themselves what to do with them, thus increasing the possibilities for them to be devoured by various criminal-business groups associated with politics.

Prime Minister Haradinaj was seen resting at the luxury hotel “Charleston” in Saint Moritz in Switzerland. This tourist village is the most expensive in the world. Haradinaj's family holidays had lasted nine days. Suita “Czar” of 160 square meters, at the time of the age shift, had reached the price of over 5 thousand francs per night. A new evening at this hotel had cost a thousand and 50 francs. Exactly how much Haradinaj had paid, but based on the hotel's public prices, it turns out that the prime minister's holiday may have cost over 80 thousand francs. The prime minister's office had refused to show how much they have cost and who has paid the expenses.
