Serbia's Justice Minister Nela Kubovic has said Kosovo should be most concerned about the Special Court in The Hague.

Serbia's Justice Minister Nela Kubovic has declared it is not certain that Hashim Thaci, Ramush Haradinaj and Kadri Veselini, will first be among those indicted by the Special Court.

“If there were wishes, this would have happened”, she said during an interview for “Vecernje Novosti”.

Responding to Kosovo's initiative to form a court that would deal with Serbian crimes, Kubovic described as a decision aimed at winning political poets.

“I think Albanians should be most concerned about the Special Court in The Hague, which will deal with the investigation of Dick Marty's report. The new prosecutor in recent months has requested documents from Belgrade, which were delivered through the EU delegation. Likewise, a large number of witnesses wait for the raising of charges to give their testimony”, she added.
