The state prosecutor's investigation into the girl's sexual abuse by Drenas has been conducted weeks ago. The charge is in place. The same has not yet been handed over to the Pristina Foundation Court.
That the indictment is ready, Pristina Centre Prosecutor General Ymer Beka has said.
“Acuza is ready. We're now waiting when he'll be sent to the Prosecutor's Court that keeps the subject”, Beka has declared.
Meanwhile, two more people have interviewed you about this matter. These two, as the Express teaches, are teachers and are believed to be colleagues of Professor S. J, who allegedly sexually abused the girl from Drenas when she was 16.

Both of these witnesses are expected to be part of the indictment, which will soon be handed over to the Court.
In this case, as involved in sexual abuse of the girl from Drenas, there are three people as well as one gynecologist who is suspected to have done the girl's abortion.

Several other station police officers in Drenas are involved in the investigation, but none of them have yet to be suspended and there has been no disciplinary measure.
But after several months of being in prison, lawyer Halilaj has been released from the State Prosecution. The prison measure has replaced him with house arrest.
We remember that on February 5th, it was reported that the minor from Drenas was sexually abused by Professor St. J and police investigator V. V, the latter suspected that she had been pregnant and then forced into abortion.
