Civil society organisations are gearing up to oppose the Policy Subvention Bill, which according to them is not a reform of the constitutional spirit and violates international standards for financing political parties, particularly the recommendations of the Venice Commission.
Marching began in Skenderbeu Square and continued at the AAK party headquarters.
They will then continue at the headquarters of other political parties.
