U n EFA had decided to exclude the club from the League of Europe, but they sent the case to the CAS, but there too failed.
The Reds, ranked fifth place in Serie A, had won the right to play in the group phase in the League of Europe. That's not gonna happen anyway.
Today only the red club has announced through a communique that will not compete in the League of Europe in the 2019-2020 season.
Milan's sentence was expected, and because of violating Fair-Pal financial rules. Today, the CAS decision has also been made, where Milan had sent the case.
