Kosovo's biggest friend came on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of NATO's liberation and entry into Kosovo, where different personalities from around the world are expected to participate.
He will meet with Kosovo President Hashim Thaci today and then with Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj. During the meetings, Clinton will be decorated.
