According to the media report, the defendant, D.S., is charged that in the quality of the official person in the Peja municipality, he deliberately exceeded his competencies without being authorised, signing the report on accepting the goods, which has caused Peja's municipal budget worth 9.9 euros.
While defendants, G.L., R.Z.h., and G.S., as official persons in the Pec municipality, members of the commission to accept the goods, have deliberately failed to fulfill their official duties, causing municipal budget damage at the value of the high amount.
The defendant, I.K., in the quality of the owner of the economic operator, as the winner of the tender for “Blerine's car for maintenance of artificial grass for the Brestovik Sports Centre of Peja”, through the false presentation of facts, has caused damage to Pec's municipal budget worth 9.9 euros.
The prosecutor of the case in the case of the indictment's establishment has proposed to the court that the defendants plead guilty and be punished by law.
