An 81-year-old pensioner ended up in Germany by mistake after trying to travel from Newcastle, England, to Rome, Italy.
“Pelegrini” was on a mission to meet the Pope and has decided to go to Rome with his car.
He is surprised when the navigation system told him that it has arrived, even though it had no sign of the famous buildings or architecture found in Rome, writes the “Metro” British Time.net.
The pensioner, whose name has not been discovered, is parked in a car but has not properly laid his Jaguar's brakes.
His car has begun to move back and, ironically, struck a sign of communications in which he wrote “Rom” a small town north of Rhine Westphilia, Germany. He ended up in this town after writing the location he was going to in the navigation system.
