Krasniqi says it is about continuing dialogue with Serbia, but not about new compromise.

A response to all those seeking new compromise from Kosovo in dialogue with Serbia. Kosovo has made the big compromise in Vienna's talks -- those who do not -- let them seek clarification from the main leaders of those talks.

  1. We in Kosovo have made political talks and major compromises in Vienna's talks during the 2006s 2007 under the presence and supervision of the EU and the Contact Group. The talks are led by the UN Secretary General's Special Minister.
  2. Brussels Political Talks ( The EU has unjustly opened the issue of Kosovo's independent, sovereign and democratic political status declared in co-ordination with the International Community, and especially with the Contact Group countries, following Vienna's talks.
  3. With its February 17th 2008 declaration of Independence and after responsible that the JND in Serbia's question, that Kosovo's Declaration of Independence does not conflict with international law, political talks with Belgrade have been concluded. This has confirmed the UN General Assembly, which after the JND decision with Resolution, has asked Kosovo and Serbia to hold technical talks on improving the lives of citizens of the two countries under Brussels' supervision.
  4. Kosovo is for normalising relations with Serbia on the existing internationally recognised borders. Serbia is seeking and threatening new aggression on Kosovo. These are looking for her highest officials.
  5. The Serbian government must be obliged to distance itself from crime and genocide policies, which it has not done, rather, it denies them.
  6. It does not seem that this political class that the government in Belgrade is willing to normalise relations with Kosovo and Albanians.
  7. We are also convinced that neither our side nor the Europeans have found the language that senior officials in Belgrade understand, who are the heirs of Serbia's politics that Milosevic has. Milosevic has committed genocide crimes in Kosovo, his descendants today shamelessly deny those genocide policies.
  8. Official Belgrade is preventing many Kosovo Serb citizens from being integrated into political and public life in the Republic of Kosovo. The integration of Kosovo Serbs into political and public life has been hampered by Brussels' political talks.
  9. Ahead of Brussels' political talks there has been an apparent integration of Kosovo Serbs into political and public life in Kosovo. The Serbian list as the offspring of Brussels' talks is not about the integration of Serbs into the state of Kosovo, it is about partitioning Kosovo, and as such it is unconstitutional (alternative).
  10. We are also more than convinced that Kosovo has made many compromises in Vienna's talks and dare not make new compromises. Every new compromise made the state unstable. Political talks between Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels with EU supervision for more than six years were nothing more than a maze without migrations. Even if it made a way out, the exit would be in an endless well. The continuation of this maze does not create normalisation of relations or peaceful exit, since all sides in the dialogue were both not serious and irresponsible.
