The New Trade Corporation of Kosovo's Energy Union has protested, demanding collective agreements at the KEK level, ongoing Jubilary Paying, the re-ilitation of the Kosova A thermal power plant, revising the wage law and raising the shush.
Union Chairman Nedzat Llumnica called on all institutions to take into account and not to push the streets.
We have called on them not to encourage us to protest, but to implement”, he said.
Meanwhile, the other representative Selatin Sadiku said that with the latest decisions of institutions trying to downplay the role of KEK workers by equated them with civil servants.
The last decisions are trying to equate us with administration and civil servants. For our KEK's welfare we have to give as much as possible, but the management has to engage in the realisation of the workers' conditions”, he said.
Realising the requirements, Kosovo B union chairman Muharrem Gashi said the requirements must be realised and that they will not stop until they are met.
Supporting these protesters was given to Telekom Union Chairman Lamih Balaj and COST chairman Adem Gashi.
