Workers have protested in a sign of discontent as this court has been failing to respond to the legality of court decisions for six months.
Remzi Demaj, a worker expelled from the Pristina district, said that at the meeting they had with representatives of the Court they discussed the flow of this case, what he said they had promised they would soon come up with a decision.
“are also awaiting the verdict as soon as possible from the Court. The decision will be 100 percent in favour of the workers because in the conversation we made no offense, the Constitutional Court did not. The promises were that within weeks they will come up with decision”, he said.
Demaj said they don't know why such a delay has occurred.
But according to him, the departure of the workers, who, according to him, are 80 unemployed workers, has been deliberate.
