That video is an interview Ludrovci has given for Tv Koha in Durres during the 1998-1999 war, with the event Croatia's support checkout for the KLA.
There, Ladrovci is asked by the journalist what his message is to all Albanians wherever they are.
My “message is that Kosovo is one for all. All Albanians should contribute as much to the country's liberation as possible and help the Kosovo Liberation Army, the only military and political force Kosovo has”, says Ladrovci.
