According to a newspaper report from” Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung”, the suspect is a young man with private connections to Luebcke. According to the report, the young man was questioned this afternoon and close sources with the investigation claimed that the author of the work had been identified.
Luebcke, a member of Chancellor Angela Merkel's Christian-Democrat Union (CDU), was found dead shortly after midnight, on June 2nd, by a relative on the roof of his garden in the village of Wolfgang-Ista, near the town of Casel.
Luebcke had been at the helm of the Kaseli regional council in the western state of Hesse, and for several years served as parliamentary. /Atsh/
