The seats of Kosovo Assembly deputies were filled Friday afternoon.
This is very rare at regular Assembly sessions.
MPs' chairs were occupied by participants at the regional conference organised by the Universal Peace Federation and the Women's Federation for World Peace.
Former President Fatmir Sejdiu noted this curiosity.
He went out to talk at the speaker and made little fun, saying there are more than 120 MPs.
