Serbian diplomacy chief Ivica Dacic has today blamed official Pristina for blocking the dialogue in Brussels, as according to him, continuing the process and finding a final solution is not in Kosovo's interest.
He after meeting with the chief of Slovak diplomacy, simultaneously the head of the O mission SEU Miroslav Lajcak said dialogue with Pristina is in çarim-animim” and that its continuation depends on the ʹata that should give the new spirit.
According to him, official Pristina is deliberately hindering the continuation of dialogue, since it estimates that it is not in their interest as they described it.
Daciqi added that the last summit in Berlin and the next one in Paris are no substitute for dialogue.
“The dialogue power cannot change without Serbia's reconciliation”, he said, adding that everyone wants the US to enter the dialogue, but not Russia.
“Pristina starts from that it's all over, but it's not like this”, Dacic said, adding that his position is that the problem should be resolved in compliance with the situation on the ground now for ten years.
“Belgrade has no complete sovereignty over Pristina, nor does Pristina in vero. Any change of situation can happen only by force and it would destabilise the Balkans”, he said.
Dacic said he had never seen a “force in his life such as that of official Pristina, which did not rule out the decision to lift the tax despite US and EU pressure.
He estimated that this story that no one can do anything to Pristina can only be a “fairy tales children do not trust”.
The time has passed for fairy tales, as well as the time for cartoons at seven and fifteen-x1>, Dachic said.
“to abolish taxes, they (Kosovo) require recognition of their independence, and then what is needed for dialogue?” said Dacic.
Given the power of official Pristina to resist such international pressures, Dacic said that if France and Germany in Paris will impose sanctions on Serbia to satisfy Pristina.
