In a Twitter post, he said judges received salaries for a year without making any decisions, until he stressed that they could prepare outdated materials, broadcast Koha.net.
“Supreme Court Special Chamber judges received salaries for a year without making any decisions, because an old (now amended) law said EULEX judges should be present in order for the judgments to be held. These judges could have prepared older materials”, Costnet wrote.
