After that, Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has reacted, who has said that the justice ministry has no legal authority to free itself from punishment, or suspend punishment for any person.
But today the American Ambassador to Kosovo has reacted through his official Twitter account, where he wrote that it is explained about yesterday's writing.
The original version of this writing says the Ministry of Justice signed release. The amended law on the execution of criminal sanctions leaves this decision to individual judges' hands. I appreciate the opportunity to correct previous script” the ambassador wrote.
He also improved his original tweet on Twitter yesterday.
“Exploration: The Court of Appeals has ordered the Ministry of Justice to free a war criminal sentenced to 15 years in prison in Kukes case, he has held less than 12 months in prison in the past three years. Regular abuse by highly linked criminals of the medical rest system and suspended sentences should be halted”.
CLARIFICATION: Appeals Court designed Justice Ministry to release a criminal war effortd to 15 years in the Kukes Case; he served power than 12 months in past 3 years. Regular buse by well-conconnected criminals of medical leave system & suspended antennas must stop.#Rollin Kosovo Pic.twitter. com/dr SpbVrapu
