Through this deal, a recording of all car accidents will take place, a decision made by the Safety Council on Road Traffic.

MlT through its institutions depending will implement a <x0 platform Web-Servis” or “Electronic On-line” for obtaining and recording of vehicles involved in road accidents via V IN, (fotographers and other automotive documents); will take care of the preservation, use and management of notes in order to become full control of crashed vehicles, return to traffic after repair or re-ability; will see to stop the return of damaged vehicles in accidents without conducting control or improvement under Article 27 of the Law. No.05L-123 for Automotives; will take care of this platform to make available for the Autovening Department of the Civil Department's Recording Agency in the Civil Department of Internal Affairs so that vehicles can be eliminated in the way of avoidance of traffic;

Lekaj stressed that MlT, through this memorandum, shows the determination of promoting road security and co-ordinating activities in the road safety sector, as well as the realisation of common goals in the field of road safety.
