Conditions extend the Paris Summit

The Paris summit will not be held at the beginning of July, the cause of provisions presented the previous day in the German capital, where, with the mediation of the Berlin and Brussels authorities, Kosovo and Serbia's representatives have conducted a secret meeting. The extension was confirmed Friday by [the] executive cabinets.
The reasons for delaying the high-level meeting, aimed at reviving dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, have not been given to either the capital of France or Germany. But state officials in Kosovo and Serbia have spoken of them.
Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has said meetings between the parties will not take place, as long as Serbia is not ready to discuss the recognition of Kosovo.
I think it's good to clarify what's left unsolved. Even the Berlin meeting of technical delegations has confirmed that the only thing left unsolved is mutual recognition at the existing Kosovo-Serbia borders. When the parties are willing to negotiate mutual recognition at the existing borders, then we also sit down for dialogue. By then, there may also be” expectations, Haradinaj has warned.
