Changing Employment Rules in Germany

The Federal Council in Germany will handle the immigration package. The first week of June, the law on immigration of the qualified workforce was passed to the German parliament and late of the month, it also spends in this recent link, while the legal package is expected to enter into force on 1 January 2020.

There are some differences between it and the current immigration law, which is initiated by the fact that there is no limit to just some professions, so every person with a trade has the right to go to Germany; on the job market, all will be equal, regardless of their background, while to facilitate the finding of a job, it will be granted the right to go to Germany six months to look for work.

What differs from the current law of migration?

There is no more limit to certain professions, so every craftsman has the right to come to Germany.

What are the changes in the Parliament bill?

On June 7th, the law was passed to the German parliament, Bundestag, but suffered some minor changes, among other things:
