He did so at one of the polling stations in Tirana several minutes after they opened at seven o'clock.
Brace said he had chosen to vote early because of his commitments during the day when he had to travel to other areas of the country, but also because he was fresh.
He invited all commissionors and others involved in this election to respect the law.
