The guilty plea by the accused Velija has also been supported by prosecutor Yupoli and as such was approved by the judge of the case, Adnan Isufi, on the grounds that it was made according to legal provisions.

Similarly, prosecutor Yupoli has made improvement of the indictment device, so that in the first row where Podujevo is, it should be Pristina, while the rest of the indictment according to it remains the same.
