Defence Minister Rrustem Berisha is accused of misuse with veterans' lists, for which the Kosovo Special Prosecutor has filed an indictment.
Agim Cek, who therefore resigned from the position of Deputy Defense Minister, is in charge of the same work.
But in contrast, Berisha continues to be minister.
The other AAK minister, the Infrastructure minister, also faces justice with suspicion of misuse of official office.
The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo seems to have no intention of following the PDK's example, which dismissed state officials who are charged with corruption, misuse of official office and other criminal acts.
Even Andrew Shala, who has been convicted of gun shooting, continues to lead the Ministry of Commerce.
His party is called in the Constitution when he wants to reason on its action.
I think you should know the Constitution of the laws, know how much justice is caught and who captured it?
Along with Andrew Shala and the same work, Deputy Prime Minister Dardan Gashi has been sentenced. EU Office in Kosovo chief Natalia Apostolova has said the PDK's example should follow other parties as well.
