Thaci's Facebook mailing:
Twenty years ago, one of the most cruel massacres on Albanian prisoners, carried out by Serbian police forces for several days, began in the Dubrava prison. The killing of 160 prisoners and the wound of more than 300 of them well shows the genocide nature of the state of Serbia, which committed over 400 massacres, killed over 13 thousand civilians only in 1998-1999. Among the prisoners they suffered on the first day were activists Enver Topalli and Abdullah Tahiri. Even after 20 years, unfortunately none of the perpetrators and executioners of these crimes with the motive of genocide still met local or international justice. HTH
