For several months, Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has presented the completion of this highway, whose inauguration will take place tomorrow, as a success of his rule.

But the goal of taking credit for the Dhaarba Xhaferi's highway has another coalition party. P The PDK.

This was publicly expressed by the party's deputy head, Enver Hoxhaj, who is also deputy prime minister in Haradinaj Government.

In a publication on the social network “Facebook”, Hoxhaj wrote that this highway is an idea and a vision of The PDK has been completed since 2007.

And after making sure his party takes credit for the highway, Hoxhaj has added a few more words to the strategic importance of this highway.

“Next we'll open the “Arba Xhaferi” highway, an idea and a vision of The PDK, designed in 2007, is now being completed. This highway is of strategic importance because it draws us closer to a neighbouring country that we have allies and supporters, brings our peoples closer, and creates even more intense development and communication”, Hoxhaj wrote.

Like the highway, Hoxhaj had done 100 percent of the tax.

With the government taking the decision, Hoxhaj publicly appeared and said the tax was his exclusive idea.

But, Hoxhaj may be noted as one of the most obedient politicians towards internationals.

Once he began reactions against the international tax, he himself went against his idea of taxing Serbian and Bosnian products.

But then it was too late.
