Former Kosovo Liberation Army member Shefqet Kabashi had been sentenced to two months ago to two months' end of freedom over charges of contempt of the International War Crimes Tribunal in the spaces of the former Yugoslavia.
He, at the time, was in the quality of the key witness in the judicial process against Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, Mr Kabashi, was charged with “intentional refusal to answer prosecutors' questions”.
